Quotations for Comprehensive and Third Part Insurance for official vehicles of High Commission of India, London

Quotations are invited from reputed insurance firms for providing Comprehensive and Third Party Insurance for official vehicles of High Commission of India, London. The present insurance cover of the fleet is due toexpire soon. Mission proposes to arrange insurance cover for its vehicles for the period 04/2021 to 04/2022. The interested firms may submit their quotations for Comprehensive and Third Party Insurance in sealed envelopes either through registered post addressed to the Head of Chancery, High Commission of India, India House, Aldwych, WC2B 4NA or hand over, against proper receipt, at the reception of High Commission of India.

All quotations should have date and signature of the authorised signatory and all quotations must be neatly typed/computer printed.

HCI will not be responsible to compensate for any expense or losses which may incurred by the firms in the preparation and submission of their quotations.

The interested firms can ask for additional details related to vehicles to prepare the bids by sending an email at [email protected].

The last date for receipt of bids is 20th March, 2021.
