Job Description:
The work of the Housekeeper will involve, but not limited to the following:
a) Supervising the catering and catering staff during receptions, dinners and luncheons
b) Supervising cleaning staff for day-to-day cleaning and gardener for proper upkeep and maintenance of the garden.
c) Coordinating with maintenance personnel responsible for upkeep of the property and any related repair and maintenance issues.
d) Maintenance of inventory of the cleaning items.
e) Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements and notifying superiors on any damages and deficits.
f) Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies

Qualifications/Skills Requirements:

Basic certification in plumbing valid in the UK.

Should be well versed in basic electric, plumbing and general repair work.

GCSE or equivalent.

Ability to use basic hand tools

Knowledge of basic building repair/maintenance and DIY skills related to plumbing, drainage system, electrical fittings, joinery work, lawn mowing, lock repairs etc.

Basic knowledge of minor repair works related to heating systems, boilers and hot water systems

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

Should have a valid driving licence

Should have good fitness level and should maintain proper health and safety parameters at workplace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and inter-personal skills
Job Description:

Repair/Maintenance work in Government of India (GoI) owned/leased properties.

Maintenance of general cleanliness in the common areas of GoI properties.
-
Basic electrical, plumbing and repair work in GoI owned/leased properties.

Clean flats when they get vacant for immediate occupation by next occupant.

Review maintenance work orders and ensure all requirements/preparations are fully undertaken before commencing work.

Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances are fully reported
