Sr. System Analyst


One (01)




The person should possess Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (B Tech / BE) with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of computer software/hardware. The person will be expected to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and maintain/repair infrastructure of the Mission.
Skills and requirements

  1. Ability to diagnose the issue of network / generation of trace route of websites
  2. Basic security measures on part of Network / Software and database
  3. Configuring operating systems (windows and Fedora and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
  4. Daily routine work for maintenance of servers (on / off procedure) data backup and health of servers
  5. Knowledge of RedHat Linus open source platform and COBOL
  6. Knowledge of database / SQL queries
  7. Settings up of email account profiles / IMAP / POP and clients such as outlook, thunder bird and windows live mail.
  8. Close attention to detail, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  9. Managing day to day IT issues of the Mission (diagnose/repair/maintaining etc.) of computer software/hardware.

Admin Officer

Graduates with knowledge of computer applications, typing and fluency in English are eligible. Candidates must have minimum 3 years experience of supervisory job in the field of Administration/Finance.   Experience in Event Management / Cultural organisations and knowledge of other Indian Languages would be an added advantage. Applicants having previous experience in similar position would be preferred.

Clerk/ Jr. Assistant

Two (02)


Graduates with knowledge of computer applications and fluency in English are eligible. Candidates having previous experience and with good typing skills on computer would be preferred. Knowledge of other Indian Languages would be an added advantage. The sphere of work would be administrative & clerical work which includes answering telephone calls, typing work and file management etc. 


2.   It is mandatory for the applicants to have long term valid UK Work Permit/VISA if they are not UK nationals. Selection of candidates will be based on performance in written test of English Language, General Aptitude/Knowledge. Shortlisted candidates after written test will be called for Computer Skill Test and Interview for final selection.
